Post Agile Transformation Support & Mentoring

Where Agile is the norm, but no longer thriving

In many organisations, Scrum Masters remain in post long after the agile coaches and training programmes have gone.  Agile is done, right ?   Iterative, small team working is the norm and sprints are still operating but the continuous improvement and energy which originally drove the move to Agile has faded.

Perhaps new, less experienced people have moved into the role or it’s been blended with another responsibility.   Maybe the Community of Practice which provided peer support has fallen away and senior practitioners have moved on.  It’s common, as agile transformations enter the decline part of the curve.

To reduce this knowledge loss I offer mentoring for embedded Scrum Masters that respects your existing context with practical, low-friction support to help your people:

  • Reconnect with the purpose and power of the role
  • Sharpen their observation and intervention skills
  • Navigate stakeholder dynamics with more confidence
  • Develop a mindset of small, sustainable improvements

Whether as a lightweight retained service or short-term support, I work with Scrum Masters to reinvigorate their practice and spark

My approach...
